Numbers are the telephony phone numbers your assistants use to make and receive calls. Ringg AI supports both purchased numbers and numbers from your own telephony provider (Bring Your Own Telephony).

Numbers Overview

The Numbers page lists all numbers in your workspace with the following details:

CountryFlag icon indicating the country of the number
Added OnDate and time the number was added
Used ByWhich assistant is currently assigned to this number
TagsLabels for organising numbers (e.g. Default Number)

Telephony Provider

At the top of the Numbers page, a Telephony dropdown shows which provider your numbers are routed through (e.g. Ringg). This can be changed via Integrations → Your Telephony.

Default Number

Numbers tagged as Default Number are automatically used by assistants when no specific number is assigned.

Number Assignment

Numbers are assigned to assistants when creating a Campaign. An assistant uses the selected number(s) as the caller ID when dialling contacts. For Inbound assistants, the number is the one that contacts call into.

Removing a Number

Click Remove next to any number to delete it from your workspace.
Removing a number that is actively used by a running campaign will interrupt those calls.
