The billing page shows what your workspace can spend, what calls, numbers and concurrent lines cost, and every payment you have made. In the dashboard: Settings → Billing plan, or the credits chip in the top bar.

Before you start

Company details (KYC)

Required before Add Balance or Pay Dues opens a checkout.

The primary workspace

In a Ringg Space, payments and concurrency are handled by the primary.

Prepaid and postpaid

Every workspace is on one of two billing types, and the page adapts to it. A new workspace starts prepaid; to switch, contact Ringg.

Add balance (prepaid)

Add Balance, Redeem Coupon, Change concurrency and Transactions

If company details are missing, Add Balance opens a KYC Pending dialog instead of the form. Click Complete KYC, fill in Company details and save; the dashboard brings you back here. A link ending in ?add_balance=<amount> opens the form with that amount filled in.
1

Enter an amount

Click Add Balance and type the amount, for example 5000. INR workspaces pay + GST (18%) on top, so the Total Amount for 5000 credits is ₹5900.
Add Balance dialog with ₹5000 entered: Credits ₹5000.00, + GST (18%) ₹900.00, Total Amount ₹5900.00, and a Proceed to Pay button

2

Pay

Click Proceed to Pay and finish in the checkout: Razorpay opens inside the page, Stripe in a new tab.
3

Check it arrived

The payment appears on Transactions. While any row is Processing, the tab refreshes every 10 seconds.
When the row shows Success, Available balance and the credits chip include the new credits.

Redeem a coupon

Click Redeem Coupon, enter the code (up to 50 characters, upper-cased as you type) and click Redeem. You see “Coupon redeemed” with the amount credited. A link ending in ?coupon=CODE opens the dialog with the code filled in.

Pay dues (postpaid)

Click Pay Dues on the Plan tab, or open Invoices. Each invoice with status Due has its own Pay Dues button. INR invoices pay through Razorpay, other currencies through Stripe. must be complete, as for adding balance. The Invoices table lists Invoice Number, Period, Amount, Due Date, Status and Actions. Download Invoice saves a PDF.

Change concurrency

Concurrency is how many calls your workspace runs at the same time. It sets how fast a campaign works through its list. A call limit is different: it caps calls to one person. To split concurrency between campaigns and API calls, see Manage concurrency.
1

Open the dialog

On the Plan tab, click Change concurrency.
2

Pick a value

Drag the Workspace concurrency slider. The dialog shows Free, Already unlocked, Billable now and Estimated cost.
Change concurrency dialog with the Workspace concurrency slider at 15 on a 0 to 50 scale: Free 2, Already unlocked 8, Billable now 5, Estimated cost ₹2000.00, and Cancel and Update buttons

Raising concurrency from 10 to 15

3

Update and confirm

Click Update, read the summary (for example “Add 5 concurrent calls for ₹2000.00/mo?”) and click Confirm.
You see “Concurrency updated to 15.”
The slider goes from 0 to 50, or 0 to 1000 on enterprise workspaces. For more, use the dialog’s contact sales link (admin@ringg.ai). A billing cycle is a calendar month, India time (IST). Within a cycle:
  • You pay only for concurrency above your free amount.
  • Raising it to a level you have not unlocked this cycle is charged at once, at the full monthly rate, not prorated. Prepaid workspaces pay from the balance; postpaid workspaces see it on that month’s invoice.
  • Raising it back to a level you already unlocked this cycle costs nothing (“No charge — already unlocked this cycle.”).
  • Lowering it takes effect at once, with no refund. Until the cycle ends you can raise it back to the cycle’s maximum for free, and the next cycle bills the new value.

The Plan tab

Billing plan page on the Plan tab: Available balance with Redeem Coupon and Add Balance buttons, a Concurrency card reading 10 with 2 free and Change concurrency, and a rate card with Call cost, Number rental, Concurrency and Analytics

The Plan tab on a prepaid workspace

  • Balance card: Available balance, your plan name and description, and the payment buttons.
  • Concurrency card: current concurrency and its monthly cost, for example 10 (₹4000). Under it, free is what your plan includes at no charge, and max unlocked (billed this cycle) is the highest value you set this cycle and how many of those you pay for.
  • Rate card: your prices, in your workspace currency (INR or USD).
Web calls, including chats in the web widget, are charged at the call cost on their duration.

Transactions and receipts

Transactions lists every payment in the workspace, 20 per page, with ID, Description, Amount, Date, Status and Actions. Successful top-ups have Download Receipt, which saves a PDF.

When balance runs out

When the balance (or, on postpaid, the credit limit) runs out, new calls stop:
  • A call in progress is never cut off. It is charged when it ends, so the balance can end up below zero.
  • A running campaign is not paused. Its remaining calls wait and resume on their own after a top-up. If the campaign’s end time passes first, the calls still waiting fail.
  • API calls to Initiate Individual Call return 402 with “Your current balance is insufficient to initiate this call!”.
A campaign that the balance can’t cover when its list is checked or when it launches stays at Insufficient Balance, with “Top up your balance to schedule this campaign”. Its Add Balance button brings you here. A top-up does not start it for you: launch it again with Complete Setup. For a campaign started by API, re-check with Check large campaign balance, then call Make large campaign calls async again; there is no need to recreate the campaign. On prepaid, the workspace owner gets an email when the balance runs low and when it runs out. To be warned at your own threshold, set a balance alert. To read the balance from code, call Get Workspace Info and read workspace_info.total_available_credits (prepaid), or workspace_info.credit_limit and workspace_info.utilized_limit (postpaid). You need an API key.

In a Ringg Space

Money and capacity belong to the primary workspace of a Ringg Space family. Inside a Ringg Space:
  • Add Balance, Redeem Coupon and Pay Dues are replaced by “Balance is shared with” (prepaid) or “Billing is handled by” (postpaid) the primary’s name, with a Manage in primary workspace button.
  • Concurrency reads “Allocated from” the primary’s capacity. Any member of the primary can change it.
  • There is no Transactions tab.

If the workspace is locked

Ringg can lock a workspace. Every page then shows a lock screen with a title, the reason and, where there is one, a button for the action that lifts the lock; only the pages the lock allows stay reachable. Complete the action, then refresh the page. A prepaid workspace that stays out of balance for 60 days is locked as Account Deactivated, with an Activate now button that opens Billing plan. Adding balance lifts this lock automatically. For any other lock, contact Ringg.

Troubleshooting

Open Transactions. A Processing payment updates on its own. A Failed or Timeout payment added nothing; pay again.
Invoices exists only on postpaid workspaces. On prepaid, each payment’s receipt is on Transactions.
