Workspace members are the people who can sign in to your Ringg AI workspace. Every member can view the whole workspace, and you grant edit access area by area, so a teammate can run campaigns without being able to change agents. In the dashboard: Settings → Workspace members.

Roles and permissions

A member starts as View only. You grant edit access from the Authorize edit access list in the Permissions picker: The picker reads View only with nothing ticked and View & edit once any area is ticked. Even with API Key ticked, only the owner can generate or regenerate the key in the dashboard. The dashboard has no ownership transfer. Ringg can make an accepted member the owner; ask through Contact us at the bottom of the Settings menu (admin@ringg.ai).

Invite a member

Sending an invite: email, permissions and the new Pending row

1

Enter the email

On Members, click Invite Member and type the teammate’s address in Email, for example priya@acme-lending.example. An address outside your company’s email domain shows “Outside @… You can still invite them.” as a warning only.
2

Choose permissions

Open Permissions and tick the areas they may edit. Leave it empty for View only.

3

Send

Click Invite Member.
A confirmation appears and the new row shows status Pending.
To change someone’s access later, open Permissions on their row, tick or untick areas and close the picker; the change saves when it closes.

Accept an invitation

An invitee accepts on the Join workspace page, which asks for the 6-digit invite code; an invite link that carries the code fills it in. They must be signed in with the invited email address; any other account gets “No invite associated to this email!”. They click Join, see “You have joined the workspace”, and the dashboard switches to the new workspace and opens Assistants. Their row on Members changes from Pending to Accepted.

Remove a member

On their row, click Remove member under Actions, then Remove in the Remove member? dialog. You see “Member removed” and the row disappears. If the workspace has Ringg Spaces, removing someone also ends the access they had to every Ringg Space through it. A direct membership they hold in a Ringg Space stays.

The members table

Invites don’t expire. To cancel one, remove it. Inviting the same address again sends a new code and replaces the old one. To list members from code, call List Workspace Users. Each entry in workspace_users has id, username, email, role and invite_status (an accepted invite is success). Invite and remove members in the dashboard.

Members in Ringg Spaces: Direct and Inherited

In a Ringg Space family, access comes from two places:
  • Inherited: members of the primary workspace reach it and every Ringg Space beneath it, including ones created later. Hover the Inherited chip to see where it comes from. Inherited rows are locked (“Managed in” the primary’s name); change them in the primary.
  • Direct: people invited inside the Ringg Space. They reach that Ringg Space only, not the primary.
The invite dialog states the reach before you send. On a primary with Ringg Spaces it reads “This invitation gives access to” the workspace “and all of its Ringg Spaces.”

Company details (KYC)

Company details (page heading KYC, Know Your Customer) holds your registered company details for billing and invoices. In the dashboard: Settings → Company details. Saving it unlocks three things:
  • Payments. Until is done, Add Balance and Pay Dues on the billing page open a KYC Pending dialog instead of a checkout.
  • Test calls to any number. Before KYC, a phone test call goes only to a number you verify with a one-time code. After KYC (or on an enterprise workspace) you can test an agent on any number.
  • Larger calling lists. A campaign calling list can hold up to 5,000 contacts instead of 100. For more, contact Ringg.
Entity Type options: Private Limited, Public Limited, LLP, Partnership, Sole Proprietorship, Others.

Company details, filled in for a business

Type a valid 15-character and Ringg fills in the company name, PAN and address it finds (“Details autofilled from GST”). Filled fields lock until you edit the GSTIN again. Click Save.
Add Balance and Pay Dues no longer open the KYC Pending dialog.

Workspace logs

Workspace logs is the audit trail of changes in the workspace: who changed what, and when. For call records, use Logs. In the dashboard: Settings → Workspace logs.
Workspace Logs table with Operation, Resource, User and Time columns; a More Info tooltip shows the JSON details of an Edited workspace user entry, and Export sits below the table

Workspace logs, with More Info open on one entry

The table shows 20 entries per page. Export, below the table, emails you the full log as a ZIP with one CSV, newest entry first (“The workspace logs will be emailed to you shortly”). Any member can export it. The log records changes to agents, knowledge bases, members, the API key, numbers and telephony accounts, campaign starts and terminations, and call or chat history exports. Changes made with the API key are logged under the workspace owner. Workflows, alerts, tools, settings and individual calls are not logged.
