Conditional
Conditional
A Condition block checks its rules and sends the run down Match or No match. With two or more rules, choose All or Any. With no rules, every run takes Match. Each rule has a source, a field and a comparison:
Comparisons: is, is not, contains, does not contain, is over, is at least, is under, is at most, is one of, is none of. Text comparisons are exact and case-sensitive:
Completed doesn’t match completed. For is one of and is none of, separate values with commas (paid, promised). Call duration and Retry count take numbers and offer only is, is not, is over, is at least, is under and is at most.If exactly one suitable block is upstream, it is picked for you. “Connect an agent upstream” means the Condition has no Agent block before it.Await
Await
Leaving Event mode removes the Timeout branch and its connection. The dashboard doesn’t show how an outside system sends the event to a waiting run, so ask Ringg support before you build on Event mode.
Action
Action
Later blocks can read fields from the Action’s JSON response, under Tool response in a Condition or from the variable menu in any text field.
