When you log in to Ringg AI, you land on the Assistants page — the main hub of your workspace.

Layout

The dashboard has two main areas: The sidebar is split into two groups: App

Top Bar

  • Workspace selector (top-left) — Switch between workspaces if you belong to multiple
  • Credit balance (top-right, shown in orange) — Your current call credit balance in ₹
  • Breadcrumb (center-top) — Shows your current location, e.g. Dashboard > Assistants

Main Content Area

The main panel changes based on the section you’re in. For Assistants, you’ll see:
  • A Search bar to filter assistants by name
  • A filter dropdown (All / Inbound / Outbound)
  • A + Create Assistant button (top-right)
  • Assistant cards grouped by This week, Last month, and Older
Each assistant card shows:
  • Assistant avatar and name
  • Assistant type (Single Prompt or Multi Prompt)
  • Call direction (Outbound, Inbound, or Webcall)
  • Total Calls made by that assistant

Workspace Switcher

If you manage multiple workspaces (e.g. different clients or environments), click the workspace name in the top-left corner to switch.

Credit Balance

The orange balance (e.g. ₹38,133.6) in the top-right is your current prepaid call credit. Credits are consumed based on call duration. Contact the Ringg AI team to top up.
