> To search or read these docs, connect the Ringg docs MCP server at https://docs.ringg.ai/mcp (no key needed; tools search_ringg_ai and query_docs_filesystem_ringg_ai) instead of browsing pages one by one. Setup for each client: https://docs.ringg.ai/resources/mcp-server/docs-mcp-server/mcp-for-ai-assistants.md
> The dashboard labels agents "Assistants"; these docs say "agent". Both mean the same object, identified by agent_id.
> API base URL: https://prod-api.ringg.ai/ca/api/v0. Send the workspace API key in the X-API-KEY header, from server-side code only.
> Placing a call dials a real phone number and spends credits. Confirm the number with the user before calling.
> To act on a Ringg workspace (place calls, edit agents, read transcripts), use the separate Ringg workspace MCP server at https://mcp.ringg.ai/mcp: https://docs.ringg.ai/resources/mcp-server/workspace-mcp-server/overview.md

# All lessons

> Learn Ringg AI in order: lessons in seven parts take you from a blank workspace to a payment-reminder system that calls, listens, follows up and reports.

These lessons teach Ringg AI by building one thing: Acme Lending's EMI reminder system. Each lesson is 10–20 minutes, ends with something working in your workspace, and links to the reference page for the details.

By the end you will have an agent that calls customers about a due instalment, knows the company's policies, records a promise to pay, hands the result to your CRM, and reports on a campaign of thousands of calls.

## The parts

| # | Part | What you do | Lessons |
| - | - | - | - |
| 1 | [Getting to know Ringg AI](/resources/learn/getting-to-know-ringg-ai/what-ringg-is) | What Ringg is, how a call flows through it, and where everything is in the dashboard. | 3 |
| 2 | [Building your first agent](/resources/learn/building-your-first-agent/create-the-agent) | Create the reminder agent, write its prompt, choose its voice and language, and test it with a real call. | 4 |
| 3 | [Making your agent smarter](/resources/learn/making-your-agent-smarter/variables) | Give the agent the customer's details, Acme's policies, a CRM lookup, and a record of what was said. | 4 |
| 4 | [Taking your agent live](/resources/learn/taking-your-agent-live/numbers) | Numbers to call from, a campaign over a calling list, and the other channels: inbound, web and WhatsApp. | 4 |
| 5 | [Designing multi-step conversations](/resources/learn/designing-multi-step-conversations/multi-prompt-agents) | When one prompt is not enough: multi-prompt agents, workflows that chain calls and messages, and versions you can A/B test. | 3 |
| 6 | [Measuring and improving your agent](/resources/learn/measuring-and-improving-your-agent/logs) | Read the logs and analytics, set up evals and alerts, and fix the prompt from what you find. | 4 |
| 7 | [Capstone: EMI reminders end to end](/resources/learn/capstone-emi-reminders-end-to-end/plan-the-system) | Verify each piece against a checkpoint, add the CRM webhook and a call limit, then run the real campaign and read its report. | 4 |

## How lessons work

Every lesson has the same shape:

| Section | What it is |
| - | - |
| **Objective** | What you can do after the lesson, in one sentence. |
| **Hands-on** | The steps, with the dashboard video where there is one. The detail lives on the linked reference page. |
| **Checkpoint** | What you should see when it worked. |
| **Exercise** | One change to make on your own, with its expected result. |
| **Quiz** | One question on the lesson's objective. The feedback explains the rule either way. |

The scenario is fictional: Acme Lending, its agent Ananya, and its customers do not exist. Use your own phone number wherever a lesson asks for a callee.
