> To search or read these docs, connect the Ringg docs MCP server at https://docs.ringg.ai/mcp (no key needed; tools search_ringg_ai and query_docs_filesystem_ringg_ai) instead of browsing pages one by one. Setup for each client: https://docs.ringg.ai/resources/mcp-server/docs-mcp-server/mcp-for-ai-assistants.md
> The dashboard labels agents "Assistants"; these docs say "agent". Both mean the same object, identified by agent_id.
> API base URL: https://prod-api.ringg.ai/ca/api/v0. Send the workspace API key in the X-API-KEY header, from server-side code only.
> Placing a call dials a real phone number and spends credits. Confirm the number with the user before calling.
> To act on a Ringg workspace (place calls, edit agents, read transcripts), use the separate Ringg workspace MCP server at https://mcp.ringg.ai/mcp: https://docs.ringg.ai/resources/mcp-server/workspace-mcp-server/overview.md

# Ringg Analytics

> Ringg Analytics scores your agents' calls against your own rubric, shows each agent and team where to improve, and lets agents dispute AI scores.

Ringg Analytics audits the calls your human agents make and take. It transcribes each call, scores it against your rubric, flags issues, and shows agents, team leads and QAs where to improve.

> [!NOTE]
>
> Ringg Analytics is a separate product at **[analytics.ringg.ai](https://analytics.ringg.ai)**, not part of the Ringg AI dashboard at `ringg.ai/dashboard`. It has its own sign-in: your dashboard login doesn't sign you in here, and the reverse is true too.

![Ringg Analytics Summary page: Total interactions, Avg score, Above 80% and Fatal issues cards, top and bottom agents, top and bottom interactions, and the score trend per day](https://mintcdn.com/ringgai-0da73d20/BhQtV3gvIrxE9J2L/media/analytics-summary/workspace.webp?fit=max\&auto=format\&n=BhQtV3gvIrxE9J2L\&q=85\&s=64b2faad399bd1b30cd939150794bf9f)

## Sign in

You join a workspace by invitation. An admin invites QAs, admins and members from **Team**, and agents and team leads from **Agents**; the invite comes by email.

**1. Open analytics.ringg.ai**

Enter your work email and click **Sign in**.

**2. Enter the code**

"Check your email": type the six-digit code from the email. There is no password.

> [!TIP]
>
> You land on **Summary**. If you belong to several workspaces, switch between them from the workspace menu at the top of the sidebar.

## How it works

```mermaid theme={null}
  A[Call recording] --> B[Transcript]
  B --> C[Score against your rubric]
  C --> D[Summary, Interactions, report cards]
  C --> E[Notifications]
  D --> F[Agent disputes a score]
  F --> G[QA re-scores: official score]
```

Every call is scored against the [metrics](/analytics-platform/set-up/metrics) of its use case: each parameter gets a rating and a reason quoting the transcript, and a missed fatal parameter sets the score to 0. QAs can [review](/analytics-platform/review-calls/qa-reviews) any call, and agents can [dispute](/analytics-platform/disputes/overview) a score they think is wrong.

## Get calls in

On **Interactions**, click **New**:

| Option | What it takes |
| - | - |
| **Call recordings** | `.wav` and `.mp3` audio files |
| **Bulk calls** | A CSV with a link to each recording, plus the agent's email or name |
| **Email conversations** | **Import from CSV** |
| **Video recordings** | `.mp4`, `.mov`, `.avi` and `.mkv` meeting recordings |

Only owners, admins and QAs can add calls. To let your own systems submit recordings, an admin creates a key under **Settings → API Keys → Create API key**.
